Preferred Home Health Care & Nursing Services is seeking a Travel Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) for outpatient settings in California. You will provide skilled PT services under supervision, adjust treatment plans as needed, and work with an interdisciplinary team to achieve patient goals.

The role requires an Associate’s degree from an accredited program, active state licensure or an application in process, and CPR certification.
