Jackson Therapy Partners seeks a travel Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant for a 13-week assignment in Waycross, Georgia. You’ll work under a licensed Physical Therapist providing in-home care with 40 hours per week and 8-hour shifts.

Start ASAP; must have an Associate degree in Physical Therapy, active state license, CPR/BLS, reliable transportation, and ability to use common computer systems. Housing and license reimbursement are available for travelers.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Current CPR certification.
• Must have reliable transportation, current driver’s license, and agency-required liability insurance.
• Must be familiar with general computer use and functions, including internet, e-mail, file navigation, and online training systems.
