Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapy Assistant for a travel assignment in Healdsburg, California. You will work under a licensed Physical Therapist to help patients recover mobility and function in a SNF setting.

The role is a 13-week travel assignment, 40 hours per week, with the start date of 09/28/2026. It requires an Associate degree, an active state license, and BLS may be required; prior SNF experience is preferred.
