Job summary

National Staffing Solutions-Therapy is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist Assistant for a 13-week assignment in Clyde, Texas. The 40-hour work week is structured with an 8-hour shift and a Monday–Friday schedule.

The ideal candidate holds an accredited PTA degree with active Texas licensure and current BLS certification. Travel benefits and tax-free stipends are included in our nationwide travel program.

Qualifications

• Must have PTA licensure in the state of practice and current BLS certification.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Evidence of licensure/credentialing as required by the state of Texas.

Responsibilities

• Assist Physical Therapists in directing patient participation in selected tasks to restore, reinforce and enhance performance.
• Facilitate the learning of skills essential for adaptation and productivity.
• Diminish or correct pathology and to promote and maintain health.
