Job summary

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Physical Therapy Assistant for a 13-week assignment in Monroe, New Jersey. This travel role offers 40 hours per week with a standard 8-hour shift, starting 09/21/2026, at a Skilled Nursing Facility.

You will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to assist patients in recovery, focusing on movement, mobility, and regaining independence in ADLs. Prior SNF experience and an active NJ PTA license are preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active New Jersey PTA license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience in SNF settings preferred.
• Experience with restorative programs, ADL training, and mobility assistance preferred.
• Ability to follow PT-directed plans of care and document per facility policy.
