Job summary

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapy Assistant for a travel assignment in Kingman, Arizona. You will join a supportive team, working 40 hours per week with a flexible start time and a 13-week duration, delivering patient care under a licensed Physical Therapist’s guidance.

EMR: Doctor Chrono with training provided. Monday-Thursday 9-hour days; optional 7 AM start; no weekend rotation.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active State License required to start the assignment.
• BLS Certification may be required from AHA or ARC.
• Outpatient experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients under supervision of a licensed PT.
• Help patients improve mobility and function in outpatient setting.
• Document patient progress as required.

Assignment Details

• Schedule: Monday - Thursday: 9-hour days, start time of 8AM, with the option to begin at 7AM if preferred, and a 30-minute unpaid lunch.
• Friday includes a shorter day.
• No weekend rotation currently.
• EMR: Doctor Chrono, with training available.
