Job summary

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Physical Therapy Assistant for a 13-week assignment in Mapleton, Minnesota. You’ll work 40 hours per week in a SNF setting, under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, helping patients improve mobility and activity.

Requirements include an Associate degree in Physical Therapy, active state license, and 1+ years of LTC/SNF/TCU experience; BLS may be required. Travel benefits are provided.

• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment.
