Job summary

TEEMA Solutions Group seeks a Physical Therapist (PT) for a travel or local contract in Tucson, Arizona. The role involves evaluating patients in an acute care rehabilitation hospital, developing individualized plans, and collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to restore mobility and independence.

The ideal candidate holds an Arizona PT license (or eligibility), BLS, and experience in acute care/inpatient rehab. W-2 employment with weekly pay and recruiter support is offered.

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapist license (or eligibility) in Arizona.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• BLS certification required.
• Acute care and/or inpatient rehabilitation experience preferred.
• Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based physical therapy interventions.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and case managers.
• Educate patients and families on rehabilitation goals and home exercise programs.
• Accurately document patient progress in accordance with facility and regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain a safe, compassionate, and patient-centered environment.
