Job summary

TotalMed Allied seeks a Travel Physical Therapist for Pendleton, OR. position spans 13 weeks, 40 hours weekly, 10-hour days. Immediate travel opening requiring 1 year of PT experience (6 months accepted for exceptional candidates) with BLS and state licensure.

You'll evaluate, plan, and implement care in acute settings and coordinate with center staff. Role involves supervising PTAs, accurate billing, and adherence to state regulations, with robust documentation and use of center EMR systems.

Qualifications

• 1 year of PT experience; 6 months accepted for exceptional candidates.
• Must have BLS and state-specific licensing.
• Able to stand/walk long periods and have knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and develop a plan of care for patients in the acute care setting.
• Oversee supervising PTAs and therapy staff.
• Bill within the setting following facility guidelines.
• Interface with Medical Center personnel and physicians to ensure team-based care.
• Understand adaptive equipment and use it in care plans.
• Modify plan of care as patient condition changes.
• Use Medical Center computer systems for daily tasks and documentation.
