Qualifications

• Must have active state PT license in Colorado or eligible for licensure
• BLS certification required
• ABPTS certification may be required prior to assignment
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, develop, and implement personalized PT care plans
• Supervise PTAs and support staff such as therapy technicians
• Bill accurately within facility guidelines and ensure compliance with state regulations
• Collaborate with physicians to create team-based care plans
• Assess patients and modify treatment plans as needed; manage adaptive equipment
• Document care using medical computer systems per guidelines
