Job summary

American Traveler, LLC. seeks a licensed Physical Therapist for an acute care hospital setting in Montana. The role involves inpatient and outpatient PT with a 1:6 patient ratio and a daytime schedule (no weekends).

The clinician may float to meet facility needs and will document in Cerner/PCC during care planning and discharge. Requirements include 2+ years of PT experience, BLS, and active state licensure (compact licensure accepted).

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of physical therapy experience required.
• BLS certification required.
• State license required; license required if applicable, compact license accepted.

Responsibilities

• Acute care hospital with attached 71-bed skilled Extended Care facility and Level IV trauma designation.
• Both inpatient and outpatient physical therapy settings.
• Patient ratio of 1:6.
• Day shift, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, potentially Monday through Friday.
• No weekend or on-call requirements.
• Clinician may float within scope to meet facility needs.
• Uses Cerner for hospital charting and PCC for long-term care documentation.
• Responsibilities include assessment, evaluation, plan of care development, and discharge documentation.
