Job summary

TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in New London, NH. This position requires 40 hours per week with 8-hour days and a day shift, and includes supervising PTAs and coordinating patient care in an acute care setting.

New grads are encouraged to apply; 1 year of PT experience is preferred, with BLS and state licensing required. The role involves evaluation and execution of a care plan, documentation, and collaboration with medical center staff.

Qualifications

• 1 year of PT experience preferred; 6 months accepted for exceptional candidates.
• Must have BLS and state-specific licensing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee supervising PTAs, support staff (therapy technicians).
• Bill within the respective setting, following guidelines within settings for facility.
• Interface with Medical Center personnel and physicians to ensure team-focused plan of care.
• Develop and modify plan of care for patient populations in acute care.
• Provide timely and accurate documentation following state and/or insurance guidelines.
