Job summary

TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Camp Hill, PA. The PT will evaluate, develop, and execute plans of care for varied patient populations in acute care, supervise staff, bill, and maintain documentation.

Candidates should have at least 6 months of experience (1 year preferred) and must hold BLS and state-specific licensure. Travel requirements include 40 hours per week, dayshift, with a tax-free stipend as applicable.

Qualifications

• Must have 6 months of experience; exceptional candidates with background may be considered with 6 months.
• BLS and state-specific licensing required.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods; knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology and medical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Oversee supervising PTAs and therapy staff.
• Bill within the setting following facility guidelines.
• Adhere to state PT board rules and regulations.
• Interface with medical center staff and physicians for plan of care.
• Understand adaptive equipment and evaluate/create a plan of care.
• Modify plan of care as patient condition changes.
• Use hospital EMR systems for daily tasks.
• Provide timely and accurate documentation per guidelines.
