ARMStaffing is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Petaluma, California. The role involves acute care patient evaluations, treatment plans, and therapeutic interventions, with weekend independence as needed.

You’ll typically work 8-hour daytime shifts, 40 hours per week, using the Epic charting system. California license and BLS are required, with at least 2 years of PT experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid California state PT license.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in physical therapy, preferably in acute care.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Administer therapeutic interventions per the treatment plan.
• Monitor patient progress and revise treatment plans as needed.
• Provide patient education and family support.
• Document all patient interactions and treatment plans using Epic charting.
