You will support patient care through specialty-specific clinical services, perform assessments and treatments within your scope of practice, document patient progress, operate relevant medical equipment, and collaborate with physicians and the broader care team to

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate patients and establish individualized treatment plans and functional goals
• Deliver therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and gait and mobility training across a varied caseload
• Reassess progress and adjust each plan of care to keep patients advancing toward their goals
• Direct and collaborate with Physical Therapist Assistants and the interdisciplinary care team
