Job summary

Critical Connection, inc is seeking a licensed, patient-focused Physical Therapist to join our travel team in Gainesville, Texas. The role offers 40 hours per week with opportunities to work in various clinical settings based on experience and preferences.

We welcome new graduates and experienced clinicians, with travel and local contracts available. Start date is 10/19/2026, and you will receive a comprehensive benefits package including housing stipends and relocation assistance as appropriate.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active (or pending) state Physical Therapy license
• New graduates welcome
• Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients based on individualized plans of care
• Provide skilled, patient-centered physical therapy services
• Monitor patient progress and adjust interventions as appropriate
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Educate patients and caregivers to support long-term outcomes
• Document care accurately and in compliance with clinical standards
