Zack Group seeks a Travel Physical Therapist for assignments in Maple Valley, Washington. This 26-week travel role provides 40 hours per week with 8-hour day shifts and a 5x8 schedule, starting 10/19/2026.

A current state or compact PT license is required, along with active BLS or specialty PT certifications and two leadership references. You'll join a nationwide staffing team, enjoy weekly pay, and access benefits such as health coverage, meals and housing stipends, 401k, and telemedicine

Qualifications

• Active state or compact Physical Therapy license.
• Current BLS and/or specialty certifications for PT.
• Two leadership references plus one coworker reference.
• Ability to pass background and urine drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide 40 hours of Physical Therapy services per week during 8-hour day shifts.
• Work in Maple Valley, WA with valid state license in hand.
• Maintain compliance with facility policies and travel assignment requirements.
