Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for an assignment in Springfield, Massachusetts. You will assess patients, develop plans of care, and provide skilled physical therapy under physician orders.

The role requires a Doctorate or a Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy with NPTE, active CPR, and at least one year of experience. The position offers 40 hours/week, days shift, and travel benefits with housing and health coverage options.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy OR a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy and have passed the NPTE.
• Must have graduated from an accredited school.
• Minimum one year’s experience.
• Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist / PT or in process for licensure.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess referred patients requiring rehabilitation and provide direct patient care.
• Establish and administer a treatment program with goals based on patient capacity.
• Set realistic goals, document condition, and educate patients and families.
• Develop plans of care and provide skilled physical therapy services per physician orders.
