Qualifications

Setting: Outpatient/Acute/Home Health
The percentage would be roughly 80% OP, 15% Acute, and 5% HH. High Possibility the PT Will work mostly OP
Preferably 8hrs but may consider 4X10
Requirements:
Minimum 2 year of experience
