The position features 4–10 hour days per week, with shifts of 10 hours; standard schedule may vary. Colorado licensure, BLS, and flu vaccination are required; 2+ years of PT experience preferred, with 3–5 years ideal.

Qualifications

• Current Colorado PT licensure (DORA) or compact for Colorado.
• At least two years of PT experience; 3–5 years preferred.
• BLS through the American Heart Association.
• Flu vaccination – mandatory; period Oct 1st through Apr 1st.

We are looking for a Outpatient Care PT for a need in Glenwood Springs, CO!
Due to increase in volume, we are working to shorten our wait time for patients, so increasing our Rehab staff #'s to accommodate.
In this position, you will evaluate patients and develop and implement an appropriate treatment plan for a variety of diagnoses. Your goal will be to improve patients’ strength, ROM, balance, safety and function. You’ll also educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs.
Schedule: Working 4-10 hour days/week, days will vary. Leaves 3 days a week to go play in the mountains and slopes!

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in physical therapy
Current Colorado PT licensure (DORA) or compact for Colorado
At least two years of PT experience; 3-5 years is preferred.
BLS through the American Heart Association.
Flu Vaccination – (mandatory) – no declinations accepted - required Oct 1st through April 1
