We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to provide high-quality physical therapy services in accordance with state and federal regulations, as well as facility guidelines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for patient evaluation, the development of individualized treatment plans, and the delivery of direct therapy aimed at restoring function and mobility.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and update comprehensive treatment and discharge plans of care.
• Document services accurately and in a timely manner.
