Job Description

Schedule

• Day Shift, Monday - Friday
• Working 4 x 9-hour shifts and 1/2 day for a total of 40 hours weekly
• Monday - Thursday: 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM
• Friday: 8:0 AM to 12:00 PM

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree is required, specifically for those obtaining licensure on or after January 2016 or foreign equivalent.
• Two years of physical therapy experience is preferred.
• Physical Therapy licensure in the state of practice is required.
• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor is required.

Preferred Skills

• Three years of clinical experience is preferred.
• Prior experience with EPIC is a bonus.
