Zack Group is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in Perryton, Texas. The position requires an active PT license and 40 hours per week, with dayshift hours from 06:00 to 14:00, starting 09/28/2026 for 14 weeks.

Ideal candidates will have a current state license or compact license, plus 2 leadership references and the ability to pass a background and urine drug screen. Compensation details are provided with the assignment.

Zack Group is currently seeking Physical Therapy - PT Physical Therapy’s for positions in Perryton, Texas. The ideal candidate will possess a current state or equivalent compact license. This is a 5x8 days, 06:00:00-14:00:00, 8.00-5 position in the Physical Therapy - PT. Must have an active License in handand have at least 2 years of recent Physical Therapy - PT experience as a Physical Therapy .

• Current BLS and/or Specialty Certifications for Physical Therapy - PT


• 2 current leadership references, 1 current co-worker


• Must be able to pass background/urine drug screening
