Join our rehabilitation care team to provide patient-centered PT services, complete timely documentation, and coordinate with the care team. Eligible candidates have an active rehabilitation license and at least 1 year of PT rehab experience in the last 2 years.

• Active license in Rehabilitation (PT) in the relevant state.
• 1 year full-time Physical Therapist experience in Rehabilitation within the last 2 years.
