Job summary

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a Home Health assignment in Olympia, Washington. You’ll deliver patient-focused care, perform OASIS assessments, and collaborate with a supportive team to help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while exploring a new location.

This full-time travel position includes 40-hour weeks, 8-hour shifts, coverage for Olympia and surrounding area, and a benefits package designed for travelers, including housing

Qualifications

• Physical Therapy degree from an APTA‑accredited program (Bachelors/Master's/Doctoral).
• Active State License is required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification may be required from AHA or ARC.
• Home Health experience is preferred.
• HCHB experience is preferred.
• DPT degree required.

Responsibilities

• OASIS, admits, evaluations, and discharges responsibilities.
• Oversee PTA and provide patient care in home health.
• Maintain productivity expectations (e.g., 30).
