Licensed PTs in Texas or eligible to obtain licensure are welcome. Home Health experience is preferred, and the clinician should be independent, well-organized, and capable of rapid submission.

Qualifications

Strong independent clinical and time-management skills.
Comfortable providing care in the home setting.

Responsibilities

Provide 40 hours per week of home health physical therapy.
Deliver PT services in patients' homes in San Antonio, TX.
