Job summary

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a traveling Physical Therapist for a home health assignment in Camden, South Carolina. This 13-week travel role offers 40 hours per week with an 8-hour shift, and ASAP start date.

You will assess and treat patients in a home health setting, coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team, and navigate the complexities of travel assignments while providing high-quality patient care across diverse locations nationwide.

Qualifications

• Must have a PT degree from an accredited program approved by APTA.
• Active state license is required to start.
• BLS certification may be required by the assignment.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• Reliable transportation, driver license and agency-liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide home health physical therapy services to patients.
• Assess, treat and reassess patient progress in home settings.
• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams during travel assignments.
