Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for a Home Health assignment in Gassaway, West Virginia. This 13-week travel role offers a Monday–Friday day shift, 40 hours per week, and one-on-one patient care in patients' homes.

You will evaluate and treat patients, develop individualized plans, and collaborate with the care team. WV license can be pending; BLS and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Home Health experience preferred.
• OASIS experience preferred.
• Current BLS certification.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication, organization, and independent clinical skills.

What You'll Do
