Details

• Rehabilitation Unit setting within a full-service hospital with a Level II Trauma Center
• Patient population includes orthopedics, debility, spinal cord, neurological disorders, multi-trauma, fractures, post-op, and cardiac cases
• Caseload of 8-11 patients per therapist per day
• Day shift schedule, Monday-Friday, with options of 5x8s or 4x10s
• No weekend rotation, on-call, holiday requirements, or floating
• Uses EPIC EMR

Requirements

• Active PT license in the state of Georgia required
• BLS certification required
• 1 year of relevant experience preferred
• Ability to treat common diagnoses and work independently with minimal oversight
• EPIC EMR experience required
• License required if applicable
• Last 4 of SSN and full DOB required for consideration
• Minimum 1 professional reference dated within the last year from a Supervisor, Manager, or Director

Additional Information

• Rehab department has over 20 team members including therapists and aides, with on-site administration support
• Orientation includes NEO plus 3-5 days of departmental orientation depending on experience
• Light grey scrubs required from an approved list
• Free parking available on-site
• First-time travelers will be considered
• Accepts local candidates with no radius rule for Georgia facilities at the same rate
• Returning employees must be separated from any AHSE facility for at least 1 year after working a permanent position
• Up to 7 days of RTO may be approved if extending contract, contingent on participation in clinical interviewing

Pay Package

American Traveler Job ID #P-757231. Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
