• Completes comprehensive evaluations of assigned patients and develops individualized treatment plans focused on progressing patients towards discharge within an established length of stay.
• Performs accurate and timely documentation, including goal writing, functional assessments, and medical necessity letters, in compliance with all applicable guidelines and policies.
• Ensures care is provided under signed, valid physician orders and within insurance approval parameters.
• Participates in student educational programs, creating positive learning environments with appropriate supervision and evaluation.
