TNAA TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel job in Stockton, California.

Responsibilities

• As a PT, evaluate, develop, and execute a plan of care for a variety of patient populations in the acute care setting.
• Oversee supervising PTAs and support staff (therapy technicians).
• Bill within the respective setting, following guidelines for the facility.
• Interface with Medical Center personnel and physicians to ensure a team-focused plan of care.
• Understand adaptive equipment; modify the plan of care as indicated based on patient condition.
• Use Medical Center computer systems in performance of daily tasks.
• Provide timely and accurate documentation following state and/or insurance guidelines.

Qualifications

• Physical Therapist (PT) with at least 6–12 months of experience; 1 year preferred. For exceptional candidates with an appropriate background, 6 months may be accepted.
• Must have BLS and state-specific licensing.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods; ability to bend, lean, or stoop as needed.
