Responsibilities

• Maintain patient ratio of ~8 patients per therapist with 1–2 assistants and a rehab tech.
• Utilize specialized equipment listed in the assignment details.
• Document patient progress in the UDS EHR system.

• Inpatient rehabilitation hospital setting with 40 beds
• Adult patient population with common diagnoses including neuro, ortho, cardiac, and falls
• Patient ratio of 8 patients per therapist, supported by 1-2 assistants and a rehab tech
• Utilizes specialized equipment including Vector, Litegait, Saeto, InMotion ARM, Senaptec Sensory, and Technobody
• EHR system used is UDS
• Day shift schedule, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, 36 guaranteed hours weekly
• Weekend shifts available on request
• Float option to sister facility located 8 miles away

• Candidates cannot have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the past 12 months
• Candidates cannot be employed elsewhere full time
