Cross Country Allied is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) for a home health assignment in Dickinson, North Dakota. This travel role includes 40 hours/week, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with the support of remote clinical coordination and a brief orientation.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of PT experience, ND licensure, and BLS certification. You’ll conduct 5–6 visits daily within a 50‑mile radius, completing start of care, recertification, and care resumption assessments.

• Minimum of 1 year of PT experience, preference for Home Health and OASIS familiarity.

Job Details

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with no weekends or holidays required
• Responsibilities: Conduct regular patient visits, with 5-6 visits per day for non-admission days; perform start of care, recertification, and resumption of care assessments; may include additional assessments or admissions as needed
• Additional Information: A short orientation period of 1-2 weeks with a preceptor is provided. Candidates must have a current Driver's License and Auto Insurance. Candidates should be capable of managing patient care within a 50-mile radius, without mileage reimbursement, in accordance with RTO policies. No clinical involvement beyond assessment and therapy, managed through remote support and designated clinical coordinators for questions. Scrubs of black, navy blue, or grey are required.
