Job summary

National Staffing Solutions-Therapy is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for a travel job in Oakland, California. This position requires licensure in the state and current BLS certification, with a schedule of 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week.

Start date ASAP, 13 weeks in a Skilled Nursing Facility. The Travel PT will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and document progress in their records while providing hands-on therapy in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
• Physical Therapist license / Licensure in the state of practice.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating patients' condition(s), developing individual treatment plans, and assisting your patients in getting better day by day.
• Instructing patients how to properly use exercise techniques, providing stimulation or massage and maintaining the patients' records.
