Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Physical Therapist (PT or DPT) credentialed from the Florida Board of therapy prior to hire date
• Bachelor's degree required

Assignment Details

• Shift Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
• Weekly Hours: 40
• Weekend Requirement: Every fourth weekend and Saturday once a month
• Holiday Requirement: Two of the three major holidays
• On-Call Requirement: None
