Job summary

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a SNF assignment in Hamilton, New Jersey. The role is 13 weeks, 40 hours per week, shift 8 hours, starting ASAP in a skilled nursing facility.

The ideal candidate holds a PT degree, active NJ license, and experience with geriatric populations and EMR documentation. BLS may be required; travel benefits and housing support are offered.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active New Jersey Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Minimum experience providing therapy in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.
• Experience with treatment of geriatric populations, restorative nursing programs, and documentation in electronic medical records preferred.
• Ability to perform standard PT interventions for mobility, balance, transfers, gait training, therapeutic exercise, and ADL training.
