The position requires a PT degree, NJ license, and BLS; experience in geriatric populations and EMR documentation is preferred. Work 40 hours per week on day shift, with a 13-week contract.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Minimum experience providing therapy in a SNF or long-term care setting preferred.

• Ability to perform standard PT interventions for mobility, balance, transfers, gait training, and ADL training.
