Job summary

TotalMed Allied seeks a Physical Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment in Fresno, California. The PT will evaluate and implement a plan of care for varied patient populations in an acute care setting, supervising PTAs and coordinating with physicians to ensure a team-based approach.

Requirements include 6 months of experience (1 year preferred), BLS and state licensing. The role involves standing/walking for long periods, using hospital systems, and maintaining thorough documentation.

• Modify plan of care as indicated based on patient's condition

TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel job in Fresno, California.

We are looking for a Physical Therapist (PT) for an immediate travel opening in Fresno, CA. The right PT should have 1 year of experience; for an exceptional candidate with an appropriate background, 6 months of experience may be accepted. Read below for additional requirements.

As a PT, you will be responsible for the evaluation, development, and execution of a plan of care for a variety of patient populations in the acute care setting.

Requirements

Must have 6 months of experience; however, new grads are encouraged to apply. Must have BLS and state-specific licensing.

Physical Therapists should be able to stand and walk for long periods of time, as well as bend, lean or stoop without difficulty. PTs must have a sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology and medical terminology.

* Additional certifications may be required before beginning an assignment.

Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
