HumanEdge - CT is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in West Palm Beach, FL. The role supports a Skilled Nursing Facility, with 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

You will evaluate and implement individualized treatment plans, collaborate with the care team, document progress, and educate patients and families on exercises and goals. Requires FL PT license and BLS.

Qualifications

• Current FL PT license is required.
• Minimum 1 year of PT experience, SNF experience preferred.
• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association).
