Job summary

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist for a travel job in Jacksonville, North Carolina.

This 13-week assignment offers 40 hours per week, an 8-hour shift, and opportunities to treat patients with injuries and chronic conditions across outpatient settings. You’ll work with a team, use Agile EMR, and may receive relocation support and housing assistance.

Qualifications

• PT degree from an accredited program (AS/PT/PhD)
• Active state PT license required to start
• BLS certification may be required
• Experience with Agile EMR systems
• Productivity expectation of 10–11 patients per day

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient PT services in travel assignments.
• Assess and treat patients recovering from injuries and managing chronic conditions.
• Document progress and coordinate care with supervising clinicians.
