Job Summary

• Provide physical therapy services to patients to improve mobility, relieve pain, and prevent or limit physical disabilities.
• Evaluate patient conditions, develop individualized treatment plans, and set achievable goals.
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and utilize equipment to aid patient recovery.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, home exercises, and injury prevention.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes accurately in medical records.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Stay updated with current physical therapy techniques and best practices through continued education.

Require at least 2 years of clinical experience as a licensed Physical Therapist.
