We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care to outpatients, as well as acute inpatients and skilled swing bed patients. This position requires commitment to patient treatment and rehabilitation, ensuring optimal recovery and wellness.

Schedule

• Monday to Friday
• 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Provide evaluation and treatment to patients with various conditions, primarily focusing on outpatient therapy.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
• Facilitate patient progress by utilizing current physical therapy practices and techniques.
• Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all facility policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.
• Required: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• 1 year of experience in a physical therapy setting is preferred, but willingness to train new graduates is available.

Work Environment

Work will predominantly be conducted in outpatient settings, but may also include acute inpatient and skilled swing bed care. Expect to treat an average of 8 patients per day.
