Wellspring Nurse Source is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Nashville, GA. You will evaluate patients, develop tailored treatment plans, and deliver direct therapy to restore function and mobility.

The role requires a DPT/MSPT/BSPT, active PT license, strong communication and documentation skills, and the ability to adapt to various facilities and schedules. 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts, days.

Formación

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT).
• Active state Physical Therapy license (or eligibility to obtain).
• Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills.
