Job summary

Apex Home Health, Hospice & Home Care is seeking a Physical Therapist to assess patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide skilled interventions per orders. The role involves 8-hour day shifts and 40 hours per week, with emphasis on patient progress and education.

Qualifications include a Doctorate or Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy, NPTE, active licensure or in process, plus at least one year of experience and CPR certification.
