Job summary

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in Talkeetna, Alaska. The position is 13 weeks long, offering 40 hours per week with an 8-hour shift, focused on outpatient care.

The role requires a PT degree, active state license, and outpatient experience with adult orthopedic, balance and pre/post-surgical patients. Compensation includes competitive benefits and travel reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA.
• Active State License is required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification may be required from AHA or ARC.
• Outpatient experience with adult orthopedic, balance, and pre/post-surgical patients.
• Experience providing 1:1 patient care.
• Experience with EMR Turbo PT.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to adult patients.
• Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Document progress and update EMR records for each patient.
