Job summary

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in Greenwood, Indiana. You will provide outpatient PT services and help patients recover from injuries while experiencing life in a new location.

The position offers a 13-week assignment, 40 hours per week, with shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM Monday–Thursday and 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM Friday, and 5x8s or 4x10s options. Housing is paid and benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an ACPTA-approved program.
• Active Indiana license required to start assignment.
• BLS certification may be required.
• New graduates not accepted.
• Hep B, TB, Flu, and Tdap required.
• Competency exam and PT checklist required.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy care to patients in travel assignment.
• Coordinate with clinic hours including some evenings; no weekends.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Indiana license required.
• New graduates accepted: No.
• Physical Therapist checklist required.
• Competency exam required.
• Hep B required.
• TB required.
• Flu required.
• Tdap required.

Assignment Details

• 14 week assignment.
• At least 2 evenings required with the last patient scheduled at 6:00 PM.
• No weekends.
• Clinic hours are Monday–Thursday 7:00 AM–7:00 PM and Friday 7:00 AM–5:00 PM.
• 5x8s preferred. 4x10s and other flexible scheduling options may be considered.
• Documentation system: NextGen.
• Business casual attire with name tag required.
