Job summary

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Elizabeth, New Jersey. The role offers 40 hours per week with a typical 8-hour shift and options for 4x10-hour shifts.

You’ll treat diverse patient populations from adolescents to geriatrics, in outpatient settings, using WebPT as the EMR, and collaborate with a supportive travel team. This position also includes competitive pay and relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment.
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC.
• Outpatient experience required.
• Experience treating adolescent to geriatric patients required.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy to patients in the assigned facility.
• Treat a patient population from adolescents to geriatrics, including sports injuries, post-op and neuro cases.
• Collaborate with travel team and use WebPT EMR.
