Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment.
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to patients.
• Evaluate, diagnose and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with the care team to coordinate patient care.
• Document progress and adjust plans as needed.
