Job summary

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Sherwood, Arkansas. This travel role offers 36 hours per week with 3x12 shifts and a 12-hour daytime schedule, starting 11/16/2026.

You will deliver rehabilitation services to patients while maintaining proper documentation and collaborating with the clinical team. APTA-approved degree and active state licensure are required, with CPR/BLS and vaccinations to start.

Qualifications

• PT degree from an accredited school approved by the APTA.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS/CPR/Mental health and infection control items may be required to start.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients.
• Document patient care and progress in medical records.
