Job summary

PRIDE Health seeks a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Georgetown, South Carolina. The role includes patient evaluation, development of individualized treatment plans, and direct delivery of therapy to restore function and mobility.

You will work 40 hours per week, eight-hour days, across facilities in the area, with supervision of PTAs and Rehab Techs as needed, while adhering to state and facility guidelines.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT).
• Active state PT license (or ability to obtain).
• Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to varying facilities, schedules, and patient needs.

Responsibilities

• Screen, evaluate, and treat patients as appropriate.
• Develop and update treatment/discharge plans of care.
• Document services accurately and timely.
